Da'at is one of those difficult words to translate into English perhaps we can say Supernal knowledge which comes from Hashem as everything does. When a person is given Da'at and they clearly see that Hashem is running the show it is easier to achieve peace in any situation or in any unrest. Rebbe Nachman Explains that he combination of Da'at and Wisdom working in unison is a perfect recipe for achieving on a personal level, peace of mind and on a general level peace in the world as a whole.
