This week Tori and Eric tackle the dad convo for the first time and ooooohheeee it's a big one. The focus is dads and childcare -- they discuss why dad/partner-participation (or lacktherof) is a MAJOR problem, and discuss ways to turn it around (hint - its going to take all of us to do it). Eric leads this conversation and hits on all the big stuff - this one could be a bruiser of some egos, folks - but it has to be talked about.
