This week we have the new seasons first Dad's Diary episode where I speak to Ben, father of 4 month old Indiana. We discuss the build up to birth, his advice to other dads and his experiences during  his fiancé's caesarean section as well as coping with the after care. It was really interesting getting his honest take on things and I am sure his points will be extremely helpful to expectant and new dads.
