Stephanie is a reformed shouty parent who transformed her own home life and now is on a mission helping other parents by combining Emotional Intelligence knowledge, 12+ years of work in the paediatric field, and new research available on neuroscience of children’s emotion and behaviour.
I have been blessed to have had the opportunity to collaborate with Stephanie by speaking in her massive Facebook group Let's Raise Emotionally Intelligent Kids which boasts 14000 members and have also been fortunate enough to have guest penned a blog for her website.
The greatest transformative change happened when my wife an I undertook Stephanie's 8 week Chaos to Connection EQ course. Personally this was a course that stretched me not only as a parent but personally and has had a massive positive impact on our home life.
Stephanie talks about what emotional intelligence is and how it can be so powerful not just for our kids but for parents. There is so much value here and it's the perfect episode if you are currently dealing with BIG emotions in your house.
