We welcome my "Dads of Daycare" friend Mr. Dan Ryan of Ryan & Sons Painting to the Pub today.  Dan and I dive into the world of running a family-owned business and his backstory of growing up in the Rochester area.  It was great chatting in studio with Dan instead of the Victor Starbucks.
