When Nav Mirza became a single dad, he couldn’t find anyone to turn to for help, and at times was even isolated by other parents. In this challenging but uplifting interview, he tells how he came to set up Dads Unlimited and create a place for dads to meet each other, get support and do more with their kids, whilst helping with mental health and co-parenting issues.
