Chef Heather and Musket of Dai Due join the Austin All Day podcast.  Newlywed Heather is passing the torch to Musket as she leaves Dai Due to return to Whole Foods Market.  We get into some details of what it is like working for Chef Jesse Griffith and his philosophies.  Dai Due is an amazing Butcher Shop and restaurant that sources everything local and serves an award winning dry-aged wagyu burger that Musket describes on the podcast.  These two make a great team and this is a great episode.  Enjoy!
