Dai was forced to leave her birth country of Saigon at the age of 7 after being exposed to the Vietnam War and went in search of finding others like her, to explore and share stories.

Dai is passionate about shining a light on Diverse and Inclusive Leadership and enabling diverse voices to shape our future. 

Through her work in South West Sydney and the activation of an entrepreneurial hub, Dai has connected with thousands of refugees and migrant business owners who have been resilient and vulnerable in taking action forward by enabling digital capabilities in their businesses.
