Affirmations are positive phrases or statements used to change unhelpful thoughts in your mind.

Daily practice has been scientifically proven to create new neurological pathways in the brain and shift your thinking. You'll never speak to anyone as much as you do in your own head, so it's important you choose your words carefully. You become what you think.

Practicing positive affirmations is extremely simple and powerful.

All you need to do is pick one or a few statements and repeat them to yourself daily, saying them with passion and belief (even if you don't believe them yet!)

The best time to do this is in the morning as you wake up and at night before you go to sleep, as this is when you're subconcious mind is most active!
