At the same time, researchers are also trying to make AI models that think more like humans. One example is OpenAI's o1 model, which can break down problems into smaller steps. This new way of thinking could make AI better at solving tough problems, like math or coding. Even though AI is getting more advanced, it still struggles with complex math problems found in a new test called FrontierMath.
