Is it in the church?
Welcome to this morning’s devotions. We are continuing to think about sin and its consequences. Today we are going to think about sin in the church. One thing that non-church goers often accuse us of is that as Christians we so often identify sin in them but not in ourselves. Maybe the last 30 years or so has highlighted that for us. Some of the worst abuse and neglect imaginable has been carried out in the context of the church. The church all too often as an institution has turned a blind eye to it. Sin sadly is nothing new in the church. This morning we are going to hear about one such church in Corinth.
