Philippians 2:1-11
This week we have been reflecting on the Christian life of faith – following Jesus – we have loosely used road signs to help us.
From the U-Turn of starting out, turning our lives around, going Jesus way – to every day choosing to Jesus ‘One Way – to recognising that life is difficult, and sometimes following Jesus makes it even tougher – there will be ‘bumps in the road’ – and then yesterday, using the ‘school sign’ – to consider how we are made for community, made to love and serve together – just as Jesus modelled with the disciples.
Today, as we finish this short series, we are going to finish with a familiar sign – ‘Give Way’. You will know this, hopefully, if you drive! At the end of a junction, a reminder to stop and submit to the traffic that has a priority.
