Over the last four devotions, we have explored what the Bible tells us about rest. We have looked at how rest was ordained and set apart by God at the very start of creation. and that that Sabbath rest is now fulfilled in the person of Jesus. 
In this final devotional in our series, I want to look at some practical ideas as we move forward in our understanding of rest. 
First and foremost, what has struck me most from researching this topic is that we often conflate ‘rest’ with sleep.
