Faris Iskandar, co-founder and CEO of Aeroviation flight school, was fuelled by his passion for aviation to excel in his studies. But when his ambition of becoming a commercial pilot didn't materialise, he realised there's more than one way to realise his dream. He and his wife opened their own flight school in 2018 and have helped many students — including children as young as 7 years of age — realise that they too can reach for the sky. Faris shares the most valuable lessons his journey has given him.

Japan is currently experiencing a matcha shortage, and some stores have temporarily suspended the sale of some matcha products. Three childminding operators have been appointed for a pilot aimed at giving parents here another infant care option from Dec 1. Russia launched a new medium-range ballistic missile during an attack on Ukraine, in the first known use in the war of such a powerful, nuclear-capable weapon with a range of thousands of kilometres.
