I surprised myself in high school when I ran out of a gym… to pray. It wasn’t something I usually did, but I needed some time to pray to God. Jesus in Matthew 6 gives us some important guidance on prayer, including going to a quiet place and praying to God as “our Father.” We do things today like bow our heads, close our eyes, and fold our hands as a reminder that we humbly come before God to have a conversation with Him, and he listens!

Today’s Challenge: pray an A.C.T.S. prayer (see our Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/p/B_S7ksBAs6u/). It can help if you’re new to prayer or just don’t know what to say to God. And know that he will hear you and care for you!
