John the Baptist's disciples raise a question about baptism but their true issue is the growth of Jesus' ministry at the expense of John's.

- Have you ever felt jealous of the spirituality or spiritual success of another person? Have you ever made a spiritual impact in someone's life and they failed to give you proper recognition? How did you handle these feelings? How might you want to handle them differently in the future?
