God is the ultimate giver and invites us to join God in blessing the world. In order to do so, God gives each and every one of us a gift that others need! Our talents, skills, and resources are not just for our benefit — they are tools to serve one another in love. You are gifted! What gift has God given you?

People often resist the idea of being gifted in one of two ways. Some act as if their gift is their own and resist using it to serve others. Others find it difficult to believe that God has given them anything worthwhile to give.

- Which of those two challenges is more difficult for you? Why do you think that is the case?

- What gifts has God given you that have been or could be a blessing to others?

- How might God be inviting you to more faithfully serve?
