Day 7: Strength in WeaknessScripture: 2 Corinthians 12:9-10 (ESV):But he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me. For the sake of Christ, then, I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities. For when I am weak, then I am strong.Affirmation: In my weakness, I find strength through Christ.Introduction & Weekly Recap: Strength Found in Every SeasonAs we gather for Day 7 of our journey, let’s pause and look back at the mosaic God has been building in our hearts this week—a masterpiece of faith, resilience, and love.We began by anchoring our souls in the truth that God is our refuge and strength (Psalm 46:1), learning on Day 1 that no adversity is too great when we stand in His shelter. On Day 2, even as life’s storms raged, we discovered an unshakeable peace amidst chaos through Isaiah 26:3—a peace that guards our minds and hearts no matter what swirls around us.On Day 3, we moved deeper, embracing the call to trust beyond understanding with Proverbs 3:5-6, letting go of our need for control and leaning into the wisdom of our faithful God. Day 4 overflowed with the joy that Paul describes in Philippians 4:4, urging us to rejoice in every circumstance and choose joy that’s not tied to our surroundings but grounded in Christ. With hearts made bold, Day 5 invited us to face our fears with courage (Joshua 1:9), trusting God’s unyielding presence as we step forward, even in uncertainty. On Day 6, we stood in awe of a love beyond measure (1 John 4:9-10), a love so deep and sacrificial that it defines our very identity as beloved of God.And now, as we come to Day 7, we lean into perhaps the most paradoxical truth of all: In our weakness, we are made strong (2 Corinthians 12:9-10). In the places where we feel least able, Christ’s power shines the brightest. As this week closes, may your journey remind you: every trial, every triumph, every tear and every laughter is met by a God who walks with you, works through you, and gives you strength in every season.Let us open our hearts to what God will do in our weakness—so that His strength may be made perfect and His grace more than enough..
