The Blind Leading the Blind is a figurative statement meaning that someone who is clueless or unqualified is leading a group of people who are even less qualified.  When it comes to Christianity many people feel that they are suddenly qualified experts to jump into a leading position simply because they are a Christian!  Matt uses a great story about himself to demonstrate this, and then explains how to combat it.
