God wants all of mankind washed and sanctified to Him. He desires the cleansing and preservation of all so that He can engage them in His arrive as His vessels of honour. He sent Jesus into the world to die for the sins of the world and to redeem all of mankind to Himself to accomplish this purpose of washing and sanctification.
