Daily Devotions: Thoughts Regarding Offering - February 14, 2026
Leviticus 1:3 (ESV)
“If his offering is a burnt offering from the herd, he shall offer a male without blemish. He shall bring it to the entrance of the tent of meeting, that he may be accepted before the Lord.”
In this episode of Daily Devotions, Pastor David Sumrall reflects on what the book of Leviticus teaches us about offerings given to God. The Lord instructed His people to bring their offerings personally, to offer what was without defect, and to give with care and intention. These offerings were acts of worship, not matters of convenience, and they were to reflect honor, sincerity, and devotion to God.
