On today's #MindsetCheck we talked about breaking through old patterns. There's this shopping center down the street that always has ducks walking around and sitting in the parking lot. I researched it and it turns out the shopping center was built on what was once marshland. The ducks come back to the same location because well…they've done it for so many generations that it stuck. I think we can find ourselves in a similar situation in which we're stuck in old patterns. We don't change because it's uncomfortable so we resort to continuing to do what we've always done even if it doesn't make sense anymore. I believe we all know intuitively what we need, we just have to listen and follow…even if it means being uncomfortable.
