It’s Ok to Be Misunderstood
On today’s #MindsetCheck we talked about the power of letting go of the things we can’t control. When we stop being concerned about how others perceive us, we free ourselves from trying to carry something that was never our burden to bear. I recently heard Jay Shetty talk about how he’s ok with not being understood. That’s powerful. Because so much energy is wasted worrying about what other people think. Remember that the way people treat you or perceive you is a reflection of themselves, and the way you respond to how people treat you is a reflection of yourself.
