The survivors compensation fund should be paying out claims in weeks in some cases according to David Boies.

The fund, which received the go ahead on Tuesday from the court is moving at a rapid pace to begin restitution payments to the survivors and for those who decide to participate they can expect the process to move quickly according to Boies.
