The battle for sealed documents in the defamation is now fully raging.

Lawyers for Dershowitz classed with Judge Preska today as Howard Cooper, Dershowitz represented demanded access to all documents that mentioned his client. Judge Preska emphatically denied this request and set a date two weeks in the future to make a ruling.
