ONE WEEK AGO I set out exercise for 30 minutes everyday! This is the follow-up on how it went, as well as comments on how this channel is working out so far.   

IT WAS OKAY, but I did skip a day in addition to using my skip day. That means I did 5/7 days. This is OKAY BUT NOT GREAT.   I WILL FOLLOW UP AGAIN in one week to share improvements!
