“Daily Exercise 3” a continuation of the Daily Exercise series. This series started in early 2021 after hearing KnightTheProducer! instagram story, where he spoke about getting his Daily Exercise. From there It's Dynamite made multiple Daily Exercise tracks which contained "KnightTheProducer!" vocals. In this 3rd track It's Dynamite not only sampled his own track from 2020 "Lady" but he also pulled a sample he was saving from 2016. Which resulted in the creation of "Daily Exercise 3".
