A season of my life felt like everything was moving too fast, like things were slipping through my fingers. In that time, daily gratitude became something I could hold onto—grounding me in the present and, over time, supporting my healing.

Today, I reflect on the Daily Gratitude Movement—a community that served as a lighthouse for me five years ago, now celebrating its five-year anniversary on Clubhouse app.
