The cryptocurrency market was trading in the red on Wednesday. Bitcoin (BTC) fell 1.89% to below the $22,700 mark, whereas Ethereum (ETH) slid below the $1,600 level.  BTC volume rose 2.24% to approximately $27.4 billion.  The trading range of Bitcoin and Ether has begun to narrow as the two largest cryptocurrencies by market capitalization seek new areas of support.
