Daily Organ Health Routine: One Minute to Improve Six Organs

Listen Later

In this episode, I provide a simple, daily routine for improving organ health, focusing on one minute of stimulation for each organ. The routine covers six organs: the kidney, heart, lung, stomach, intestines, and spleen. Emphasizing ease and consistency, I suggest that performing these exercises every day will yield noticeable results in a few months.
For the kidneys, lift and hold the area for one minute to promote healing.
For the heart, stimulating a specific line for 30 seconds aids in better heart function. Although black dots might appear during the exercise, there's no need for concern.
For the lungs, apply gentle pressure on the designated area for 30 seconds to improve lung function. This exercise is repeated, emphasizing its simplicity.
To aid stomach health, one minute of hand movement around the navel helps intestinal mobility. This routine is sensitive yet effective for improving intestinal function.
The spleen exercise involves the spring marine line, which is beneficial for anyone, especially those with sedentary lifestyles or women. With consistent daily practice, participants will see improvement in physical health, making it a recommended routine for everyone.
