Tensions were high in southern Madrid this weekend as protestors took to the streets perceiving differential restrictions being imposed in poorer areas of the city compared with richer ones, while a similar perception of "one rule for them" is rising among citizens of some northern UK cities regarding the restrictions they are facing compared with others in the south.
