I have a few daily rhythms I do that make things easier for me. In my brain, I like to make sure things are clearly spelled out and grouped. This might overwhelm some people but this is how my brain works :). So whenever I went back to work after having our third baby I made this PDF that helped me stay on track. YES at first it was overwhelming but now it's just habit and makes my life SO MUCH EASIER!
