I think we can all agree that automotive cybersecurity is a different beast all around compared to traditional Silicon Valley cybersecurity.

The problem may be the same time and time again, but the context of the problem becomes unique each time.

The stakes are much higher - if something goes wrong in automotive cybersecurity, a person could be injured or killed.

Those who work cybersecurity in other industries may not be able to provide insight into the issues the automotive cybersecurity industry is having.

It’s complex.
