In my opinion, from a non-technical aspect, we need 3 aspects in order to become successful.

The first one is your DIVINE GIFT. Everyone has divine gifts, and this accounts for 33% of success.

The second is your MINDSET. Having a positive mindset is important.

And the last is your ENVIRONMENT.

Similarly, if you want to nurture a company, the environment really matters.
