WFAA: 14-year vet Sergeant Arturo Martinez was placed on administrative leave after the department recieved a complaint over a social media post he made after the assassination attempt on Trump's life. The now-deleted post read: "Aim better." 

His lawyer said that the post was targeted at the secret service agents at Saturday's rally. Regardless, should the First Amendment apply here, or should Chief of Police Eddie Garcia fire this officer?
