From $1 per share and the verge of bankruptcy to an estimated $1.6 billion in annual revenue, Tyler Technologies CEO Lynn Moore has seen and done it all in his 23 years rising through the ranks at the Plano-based company.  Today, Tyler Technologies boasts over 5,000 employees serving more than 10,000 client sites, and is the nation's largest supplier of software to the public sector.
