Marion County Emergency Management Director Preston Bowlin outlined damage, power restoration and clean up after Milton dumped 9.4 inches of rain on the county. 10 shelters handled 1,500 people, and an estimated 37,000+ people that stayed in homes, hotels and shelters through the storm.
