Damien Boley is the mayor of Smithville, MO, has a bike shop called the Smithville Bike Co-Op, and is a local race director. He has a passion to ride, but the same passion for his community. And for those worried we're talking politics, don't worry, we stayed at a 30,000 foot perspective on that one!

They both are race directors of the Rib Mountain Adventure Race and help with the Wisconsin Adventure Race Series.
