The 100-day Queensland Police Service review has been published, recommending that the service return to focus on its primary role of community protection.

The review found that just under a third of the entire workforce provides visible response in the community, with overworked officers instead handling duties from other government departments.

General President of the Queensland Police Union, Shane Prior, joined Bill McDonald to discuss the findings.
