Vestibular disease in dogs can be very scary. It comes on suddenly and in some cases an old dog simply becomes unable to get up. They may have a head tilt, fall over, start rolling or circling and their eyes may flick from side-to-side. Many owners think their senior dog has had a stroke and fear the worse.
