“I think there is beauty in perfecting a craft, I really do think that is a noble purpose. I think there is no more noble career and purpose as well then hospitality. I’ve always felt that and that’s what I tell our hospitality team is they are doing an important thing, right? Ensuring that someone has a wonderful meal, comes in, feels welcome, you are creating something for them and its gift you are giving to them.”
