Dan Girardi returned to New York to drop the puck for the Lightning-Rangers game which turned out to be an entire day honoring Dan and his family, the Dan returned to his hometown of Welland, Ontario as part of Roger's Hometown Hockey where more honors were bestowed on him. But don't worry it wasn't all fun and games as Dan was hit not once, but twice by the T-shirt cannon at Madison Square Garden.
