Several months ago I had the pleasure of interviewing the Lt. Gov. I was blown away by what he has accomplished as a mayor and Lt. Governor and has been largely ignored by the media and the departing Governor. His mayoral academies have elevated failing schools to high achieving schools. His efforts to help small businesses stay alive mostly thwarted by the outgoing administration, but he spoke up and certainly got their attention. His support for Charter schools has made enemies of the teacher unions. Please listen to this podcast where he could speak freely and honestly. I pray that as Governor he will not be intimidated by some unions and the General Assembly. We all know how the Pirate ship has their own way of doing the peoples business.
