Dan O'Connell grew up with an insatiable passion for radio. From a young age he would spend hours listening to his favourite radio stations, taking in the intimacy that DJs have with their listeners and building an understanding on the important part that plays in our everyday lives.

We spoke to Dan about the power of radio influence, how radio as a form of media is changing in line with technological advances in personalisation and most importantly how the power of human personality will and should always prevail.
