Dan Rattiner speaks with Jimmy Giugliano, star of Netflix’s ‘Million Dollar Beach House’ – Episode 5

Jimmy Giugliano is a local resident, born in Southampton and graduate of Southampton High School who went off and got a college degree in business, returned home and has become one of the five leading real estate brokers in the Hamptons, having landed the largest and third largest deals of the year.   His secret is right out there:  know the market and everything about it — you can advise a client what to buy and what not to buy based on value and performance, then with this trust and focus that others cannot, and thus get references to other clients.   He is married and living in town with his wife Kelsey and their young son Rocco and another on the way.   He also is the senior broker in the Netflix series Million Dollar Beach House, a serious leader and guide the newer brokers to his firm on how to enjoy similar successes.
