Dan Savage pitched us a great idea about creating a campaign to take back the Supreme Court seat the Republicans stole from President Obama's nominee Merrick Garland. With the late-breaking news that conservative Supreme Court Justice, and swing vote, Anthony Kennedy may step down this summer, this campaign couldn't be more timely.

The campaign would be called OnlyMerrick.com. Cliff and I loved it, and OnlyMerrick was born. We've set up a petition calling on Democrats in the US Senate confirm no nominee to the Supreme Court other than Merrick Garland for the remainder of Trump's term.
