I've made the latest transition in my business life

I'm a real estate broker and I would sell the house for them and then get a commission or sell a house to someone who was looking for one which is essentially what I've done throughout my real estate career. Even though I'm the broker of the company and I have other agents, it was also necessary for me to actually sell houses as well. And so what I did was I made the transition to just do in my own flips as far as rehab.
