You might not be familiar with the term but trust me. You are definitely aware of this sub genre of rock. The term was originally coined from a radio station. As in, "We don't play anything BUT rock". This style of music includes some favorites such as Breaking Benjamin, Creed, Poison, 3 Days Grace and many, many more.
