Dana Dahl, also known online as Insanad, Insana Dee, and Dahli-Mama was a member of the LDS church for 37 of her 51 years. She has coped with the challenges and twists of life inside and outside the Mormon Church by using a variety of comedy tools to process those complexities. Her humor ranges from the irreverent and downright naughty to poignant, ironic, and deeply touching. She loves to help people laugh and considers laughter and joy to be the most infectious and effective medicine in the face of pain and heartache. Dana is now thriving as a middle aged, happily re-married, draftswoman, artist, gardener, grandmother, and activist for worthy causes in Southern Utah.
