This week's recipe of the week is Laura's request: Pizzelles! They're thin, crispy cookies that are a staple in Italian Christmases and are so delicious. This is my grandma's recipe from the old country that's been adapted over time to add orange juice (Florida Italians, am I right? Ha!) which adds a nice balance to the anise extract.
